Legacy Letters - Calling All BNB Provincial Team Alumni!

We are kicking off our new Legacy Letter Project with a couple simple goals in mind:

• A chance to engage, connect and share our common experiences
• To build relationships for future opportunities for alumni to stay connected and involved within the program

 
We have all been fortunate to have the opportunity through BNB's Provincial Team Program to compete against great competition from across the country, meet and build relationships with teammates from all over the province, and the privilege to play and represent our province on the court.  Our hope with the Legacy Letter Project is to allow you the chance to share those experiences, knowledge and memories with the next generation of BNB Athletes.
 
If you can think back to when you first received your BNB jersey and the pride that comes with that moment.  Imagine at the same time you received your jersey you were handed a book full of letters written by the players who had worn that particular jersey number before you.  That is what we are aiming to create with the Legacy Letter Project and we would love your help to do it.   With all the letters for each specific number received, we will compile a book that is given to each BNB athlete when they first enter the program.  In turn, we hope each set of future graduating athletes will return the favour by continuing to add to our collection of letters.
 
What we are asking for is pretty simple.  For anyone who has played for a BNB Provincial Team in the past who wishes to participate we would love to receive the following:

• Your name
• What Jersey number you wore.  (If you don’t remember your number, no problem, we still want to hear from you and will use your letter!)
• What year(s) you played
• An inspirational letter written to the future athletes who will wear the same number as you did a few or many years ago!
