The goal of BNB and minor association programming should be to offer players and coaches choices and pathways that will prepare them to be engaged in basketball for as long as they choose. We are encouraging minor associations to look at new and innovative ways to structure their teams, leagues and training groups in a way that optimizes the development of their players, keeps the costs of participation low and maximizes the number of players with the skill and desire to keep playing at the next levels.
